บทความนี้ขอพูดถึงเรื่องเทคนิคการนำเสนอครับ อันนี้ผมเอามาจากหนังสือชื่อ 100 Great Sales Ideas ที่เขียนโดย Patrick Forsyth

เค้าพูดเจาะจงถึงกรณีที่คุณใช้ PowerPoint ในการนำเสนองาน สองสิ่งหลักๆที่เค้าพูดถึงคือ

 

1. คุณต้องเป็นคนนำสไลด์ ไม่ใช่สไลด์นำคุณ

เค้าบอกว่าจุดสนใจหลักตอนนำเสนอคือ “ตัวคุณ” ส่วนการใช้สไลด์นั้นต้องถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อ back-up หรือสนับสนุนสิ่งที่คุณนำเสนอ

บางคนใช้ผิด คือทำ slide แค่เป็น bullet point เพียงเพื่อเป็นตัวบอกว่าเราต้องพูดอะไรต่อ อันนี้ถือว่าผิด

 

2. ปิดถ้าไม่จำเป็น

ตอนเปิด PowerPoint ให้ใช้ตัว “B” ในแป้นคีย์บอร์ดให้เป็นประโยชน์ (กด B = blank เพื่อให้ปิดหน้าจอชั่วคราว)

การปิดหน้าจอเป็นการบอกผู้ฟังว่า “ให้โฟกัสที่เรา อย่าไปสนใจอย่างอื่น” วิธีง่ายๆดังกล่าวจะช่วยดึงความสนใจของผู้ฟังกลับมาที่ตัวคุณได้

 

ที่กล่าวมาเมื่อสักครู่ถือว่าเป็นเรื่องเบสิคสุดๆแต่หลายๆครั้งแม้แต่ตัวผมเองก็ยังทำผิดพลาดโดยเฉพาะข้อแรก

Enhance Your PowerPoint Presentation

This article is all about presentation technique taken from a book called 100 Great Sales Ideas written by Patrick Forsyth.

He mentioned specifically about how to enhance PowerPoint presentation. Below are two main things you could apply.

 

1. You lead the slide.

You have to be the one leading the slide, not another way around. PowerPoint is meant to back up or support you who are the center of the attention.

A lot of people have a wrong concept about this. They simply make a bullet point in the PowerPoint slides in order to lead or remind them what to say. This is not the way it is supposed to be.

 

2. Just shut it off.

Press “B” (blank) in the keyboard when necessary. It shuts off the screen and audience will no longer look at it.

This is to tell the audience to focus on “you” and nothing else.

 

These sounds simple, doesn’t it? However, this could also be common mistakes for a lot of people, including myself especially the first point.
